In 2009 the Special State Protection Service had a recreation center built in the settlement of Nabran in the district of Khachmaz. The Centre is called “Ulduz”.

The main building of the recreation centre consists of 24 one-room and 12 two-room apartments. Besides there are 36 two-room and 3 first class cottages, a dining room, a tennis-court, football and basketball grounds, a swimming pool, a small swimming pool for children and a play ground, a medical aid post, a laundry, a boiler-house and a beach. The hotel rooms have showers, sanitary systems, telephone, TV-sets, air-conditioners, comfortable and nice furniture sets.

Recreation centre “Ulduz” with its high quality service, experienced personnel is waiting to receive its quests.
